Understanding the money side.
Most custom homes are financed with a construction-to-permanent loan — one loan that funds the build through a series of draws, then converts to your mortgage at completion. You'll typically pay interest only on what's drawn during construction.
We'll walk you through getting pre-approved, what lenders look for, and how the draw schedule lines up with our build phases — so the financing feels as clear as the construction.
JPC works alongside your chosen lender, mortgage and title partners. We'll happily recommend trusted local options.
